She Did BSc. In Chemistry From University Of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
* She Was The First Female Judge Of Supreme Court Of India. In 1989. ( 6th October 1989- 29th April 1992)
* And Also First Female Muslim Judge In Indian Supreme Court.
* She Served As Member Of The National Human Rights Commission. ( 1n 1993) to 1997
* She Hold The Governor Position In Tamilnadu From 1997 To 2001.
* She Served As The Chancellor Of Madras University.
* She Served As The Chairman Of Kerala Commission For Backward Classes ( in 1993)
* In January 1980 She Was Appointed As Judicial Member Of The Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.

* She Received Prestigious KERALA PRATIBHA Award ( 2nd Highest Honour Of Kerala)
* She Received Honorary Doctorate Literature And Mahila Shiromani Award In 1990.
* She Also Received BHARAT JYOTI Award.
